Coverage for 2 hours of a wedding reception, group shots and candid's of guests. 50+ Images on USB
Booking fees and outstanding balances
A £50 booking fee is required. A booking will only be secured upon receipt of this fee and bookings are made on a first come first served basis. Booking fees are non refundable and the final balance must be paid 1 week before the event.
Total fee agreed: £200
The Client must give the Photographer/Videographer a minimum of one months notice of cancellation and ensure a reply is received by the Photographer/Videographer acknowledging the cancellation. Booking fees are non refundable on any cancellation made by the Client.
If the Client wishes to change the date, this must be done 1 month prior to the event and may only be accepted if the newly requested date is available to the Photographer/Videographer. If the requested date is unavailable, the change cannot be made and the booking fee is not refundable.
Some officials/venue owners may impose restrictions to the Photographer/Videographer. The Photographer/Videographer must accept these limitations and work within them or, if possible, find the best alternatives. These restrictions are including, but not limited to, use of flash and tripods, allowance to photograph/film or pick the best positions in order to get the best angles.
In the event of bad weather, the Photographer/Videographer will work with the Client to find alternatives such as, photographing/filming indoors or rearranging the days’ time schedule. The Photographer/Videographer will attempt to deliver all requested images/footage by the Client, but ultimately cannot be held responsible if it is not captured due to circumstances beyond her control, such as but not limited to, unexpected delays, lack of cooperation, bad weather etc.
Cooperation & Guests
The Client and the Photographer/Videographer consent to cooperate and communicate with each other to achieve the best possible result within the understanding of this contract. The Client also agrees to give the Photographer/Videographer sufficient warning of key events to give the photographer/videographer time to prepare.
Cancellation by Konjo Photography / Force Majeure or “Acts of God”
In the very unlikely case of inability to attend the event due to any cause beyond the Photographer/Videographers control such as, but not limited to, illness, injury, victim of crime, accident etc.. The Photographer/Videographer may attempt to arrange an alternative Photographer/Videographer.
In the event of cancellation by the Photographer/Videographer, or in the very unlikely event of total technical failure due to, but not limited to theft of equipment and/or memory cards, data corruption, fire, occurred during or after the event, the Photographer/Videographer liability shall be limited to a full refund of any fees paid.
Artistic Licence & Copyright
The Photographer/Videographer shall be granted artistic licence regarding the locations, poses, composition, editing, retouching and post production of any photographs or video footage taken on the day.
No raw or unedited images/video will be available to view or purchase by the Client.
The Client is granted a Commercial Usage-licence to copy, print or share the images/videos supplied in a commercial manner.
The images/videos supplied cannot be shared, copied or used for any promotional or commercial purposes such as, but not limited to, venues and suppliers’ without the Photographer/Videographers' written consent.
The copyright of all photographs/videos taken by the Photographer/Videographer will remain property of Konjo Photography and some images/videos may be used for portfolio.
The images/video are delivered with 3 months of the event on USB.
